Renting & returning

Do I have to return the power bank to the exact same station where I hired it?
No. Return it to any Electrify Comfort station worldwide — even in a different city or country. Your rental ends the moment it locks into any open slot.
What's the process for renting a power bank from an Electrify Comfort station?
Walk up to any station, scan the on-screen QR code with your phone camera, confirm the rental in the browser or app, and a fully charged power bank slides out within seconds.
How do patrons return a power bank once they've finished using it?
Slide the bank into any empty slot at any Electrify Comfort station. The slot locks, the station confirms the return on its screen, and the rental closes automatically.
What happens if a patron loses or doesn't return the power bank?
Daily rental caps apply, and if a bank isn't returned within the maximum rental window the user is charged a flat replacement fee. We notify by email 24 hours before any charge so it's never a surprise.

Devices & charging

What types of devices and electronics can be charged with an Electrify Comfort power bank?
Each bank includes three built-in cables: USB-C, Lightning, and Micro-USB. That covers virtually every modern phone, plus most earbuds, smartwatches, e-readers, and handheld game consoles.
How long does it usually take to fully charge a device?
A typical smartphone reaches 80% in 35–50 minutes from empty, depending on the device. Fast-charging phones see a noticeable boost compared to standard wall chargers.
On average, how many full charges can one power bank provide?
Each Electrify Comfort bank holds enough capacity for roughly 1.5 to 2 full smartphone charges, or a single charge plus tablet top-up.
How can patrons check how much battery power is left in the power bank?
Every bank has a small LED indicator on the front showing remaining capacity in 25% increments. Your live charge percentage also shows in the app while a rental is active.
Can two people use the same power bank to charge their devices at once?
Yes. Each bank can power up to two devices simultaneously across its built-in cables, though charging speeds split between the two.

Do venues need to let Electrify Comfort know if batteries are running low or missing?
No active monitoring is required — every station reports inventory and status to us automatically. Our network team dispatches restocks before slots run empty.
What happens if a station starts running low on available power banks?
The station alerts our operations team in real time, and a local technician restocks within hours. Heavily used venues are placed on an accelerated swap schedule.
